Comments: One of three servos does not work at all!!

Application(s): intended to use on Top Flite P-51 Mustang rudder, elevator,ailerons, and flaps, but 4 of the servos did not work !!!

Comments: I bought 6 of the servos from VOCANLO in Hong Cong for $102.00. 4 of the six dont work at all and the other two work part-time. The 4 that don't work,,the motor runs constantly when given a command, but the out-put shaft don't turn at all. Can you tell me the problem, and what is my recourse??????
