Notes
- The discontinued Associated Electronics DS1015 is a premier digital servo engineered for the competitive racer who demands an exceptional blend of raw power and lightning-fast response. This servo is built around a high-performance coreless motor that delivers instantaneous acceleration and a crisp, linear feel, providing a true connection between the driver and the vehicle. Its robust, all-metal gear train is ultra-precise, ensuring that the immense torque is delivered smoothly and accurately with minimal backlash. A standout feature is the state-of-the-art aluminum center case, which not only enhances the servo's structural integrity but also acts as an effective heat sink, dissipating heat to prevent performance fade during long, grueling main events. This makes the DS1015 a trusted powerhouse for the steering systems of 1/8 scale buggies and truggies, where its combination of high torque and speed provides the authority to muscle through rough sections and the precision to carve tight lines.
- The advanced microprocessor at the heart of the DS1015 processes signals with remarkable speed and accuracy, resulting in superior holding power and fewer angular errors compared to lesser servos. This translates to a more predictable and confidence-inspiring driving experience, allowing you to push your vehicle to its absolute limits. The servo's case is also designed to be water and dust-resistant, adding a crucial layer of durability for all-weather racing conditions. For the serious competitor looking for a no-compromise steering servo that delivers on its promise of high performance and lasting reliability, the Associated Electronics DS1015 is a championship-winning choice.

Application(s): Steering servo, Team associated B44.1
Comments: Ultra responsive servo, had to lower the steering sensitivity on the transmitter. Didn't have a problem with it until i hit a tree, i pulled it apart and found that the "PLASTIC" gear had been stripped. I found that disappointing considering they advertise it to be equipped with metal gears.....

Application(s): XP DS1015 steering servo JQ TheCar yellow.
Comments: Bought brand new in Sept '13. Stripped its gears during a race at an off road track last weekend (jan 14. .) All settings were well below 100% ,steering travel was at 75% XP was at neutral and servo saver set up was good. Don't know why it stripped. Local store has sent it back to CML for warranty replacement . Overall though a VERY GOOD servo. Good price at £80 , speed and power is good , case is good n strong. Will definitely use again. Have still got two of them on my buggy.

Application(s): Traxas Slash 4X4 or Ofna SC10
Comments: This is a very fast servo for this truck. Plenty of power. I dont feel any loss of steering over jumps. Steers with great precision. I would recommend this servo.
