Application(s): Considering the S3305 for my new Escapade MX.

Comments: Concerned about the Nicd battery issue. Can I use a LiFe 2000?

    Application(s): Steering on Axial SXC10

Comments: I have this servo for almost 6 years, and never had any trouble with it, it was on my TT-01 Rally car, on my M-03 Mini chassis and for a long time on my Axial SCX-10 Land rover, and it keeps working like new!

    Application(s): OFNA Nexx10SC Steering

Comments: This servo is perfect for the application it is in. It feels great, hasn't broken for 1 year now, metal gear, and it is cheap compared to others.

    Application(s): losi 8ight-t

Comments: they say nicad only because of the amp draw ! but a good high mah lipo bat is fine, just use a good voltage reg with a high amp cap !

Application(s): Used on all surfaces on a 90 size 3-d arf airplane(exc. throt.)

Comments: I have been using these servos (s3305) in my Sig Mayhem 3-d plane w/120 Saito four stroke engine. I am more of a Sport flyer than any 3-d but obtained the airplane used.My point to make is: I have been using a 2-cell lipo 7.4volt 2000 mah 8c rated battery with a mpI voltage regulator (down to 6volts) Till now ive had NO problem but I see that Futaba suggests "nicad only" usage..... Can you explain????
