Owners are mixed on the experience but positive once it runs. Several robotics users say the build quality is impressive and the actuators perform very well once working, but that the software, documentation and firmware links are poor, so setup took hours to a weekend plus another week to iron out bugs. One owner of six units says some are noisier or smoother than others, and another had to keep sending a position command or the motor stopped holding torque. One owner rated the experience 4 out of 10 overall.
