While it is still very fast (+HS), its internal design, from the motor windings to the gear ratios, is optimized for pure, unadulterated power. It features a precise digital controller and an extra-heavy-duty metal gear (MG) train built to withstand the immense forces it can generate. This is the servo of choice when an application demands the highest possible torque from the smallest possible package. Prime examples include the cyclic controls on a heavy, high-disk-loading 500 or 550-class helicopter, or for operating large, multi-panel flaps on a giant-scale glider.
