Notes
- The discontinued Blue Bird BMS-375DMG takes the precise digital control and high-speed coreless motor of the 375 platform and adds the crucial element of a rugged metal gear (MG) train. This creates a servo that is the total package: fast, precise, powerful, and tough. It is aimed at pilots and builders who need a no-compromise solution for high-stress applications. It is an absolutely top-tier choice for the cyclic controls on a high-performance 450-class 3D helicopter, the steering on a competitive 1/18th scale RC car, or the control surfaces on a fast and aggressive park jet. It provides the speed for incredible agility, the digital precision for a locked-in feel, and the metal gears to ensure it survives the abuse.
- The core identity of the BMS-375DMG is that of a premium, do-it-all workhorse. It successfully blends all the most desirable features into one compact 9-gram package. Pilots choose this servo when they want the best of all worlds and are not willing to make a trade-off between speed, precision, and durability. It provides the ultimate peace of mind, knowing that the control system is more than capable of handling anything the pilot or the environment can throw at it.
- For the robotics engineer, the BMS-375DMG is a highly versatile and powerful tool. Its combination of features makes it suitable for a vast range of demanding tasks. It would be an excellent actuator for the primary joints of a sophisticated, dynamic walking robot that needs to be both fast and robust. It's also ideal for a high-performance robotic manipulator that must move quickly, position accurately, and have the strength to handle physical interaction with its environment. It's a premium, problem-solving actuator for challenging robotics projects.

Rating:
Application(s): Cyclic servos on a Trex 450 Sport
Comments: I am using these as cyclic on my 450 sport with BeastX.
They perform very well at 50hz and 1520us. Feel a bit faster than 0.11 sec at 6v and the gears are very cheap. Negative points for the grommet style mounting but definite positive points for the 25 tooth Futaba output spline. NO BUZZ either.
